Tour Description

This tour starts in the ancient Subura neighborhood, where Julius Caesar was traditionally born around the year 100 BC. You will walk the same path he did on his last day, to the location where the dictator was murdered by Roman senators in the year 44 BC.

This area of the city is incredibly rich in important ancient buildings and the direct urban intervention is still recognizable.

Are you ready to be surprised by the persistence of history?
